| 摘 要： | 随着大学英语教学改革的深入，网络辅助语言学习成为实现教改中提出的“个性化、协作化、模块化和超文本化”一种辅助语言学习的媒介和载体。但是基于网络辅助语言学习的以学生为主体、教师为主导的模式中存在亟待解决的问题，如何解决这些问题成为目前大学英语教学改革成功与否的关键。
