| 摘 要： | 由于小学教育专业在我国启动晚,起点低,因此在培养目标、培养规格、课程体系与结构等方面还没有一个现成的、统一的计划或标准,整个小学教育专业办学总体上还处于探索阶段.提出通过以改革人才培养模式为突破口,完善教师教育课程体系,构建一体化的实践教学体系,以职业能力测试为牵引,着力提高学生的教学技能,加强师资队伍建设等途径对小学教育(语文教育方向)本科专业进行调整改造及建设的构想.
