C-Mn-Al系冷轧TRIP钢的组织和性能分析

摘    要:分析了C-Mn-Al系冷轧TRIP钢的组织和力学性能,结果表明,其成形性能与传统的C-Mn-Si系TRIP钢相当,同样可以产生明显的TRIP效应;试样的残余奥氏体体积分数为7.5%,说明在其它条件相同的情况下,Al元素的TRIP效应作用可以替代Si元素。

Abstract:The microstructure and properties have been analyzed of cold rolled TRIP steel for C-Mn-Al bearing.Results show that the properties of the trial steel are almost as equal as that of the traditional TRIP steel,the TRIP effect can be produced under the appropriate production process.The retained austenite volume fraction of the trial steel is 7.5%.It can be concluded that the TRIP effect of the steel for containing Al is as obvious as that of the traditional TRIP steel for containing Si on the same condition ...
