| 摘 要： | 运用卡莱斯基的基本理论,研究西方国家创新政策以及创新与经济活动的作用机制。研究表明,资本主义保持经济繁荣和摆脱经济衰退的途径是实施了与经济紧密结合的创新政策,以及持续性创新,并且创新模式与经济状态相关。国外创新政策的实践能够为我国经济转型时期创新政策的制定提供启示。
