| Abstract: | School-based teachers' training is an effective way to cultivate the adaptability of teachers to the new curriculum, the quality of which is found to be guaranteed upon a dynamic management systems and operating mechanism. That is to construct regional school-based training network and to introduce an innovation of mechanisms. In this article, my analysis of this issue will be explained. |
