| 摘 要： | 本文对马克思主义法学的最重要组成部分——马克思主义法律观的地位和内容进行了比较详细的阐述,通过对法的起源、法的本质、法的作用的分析,得出马克思主义法学是真正的科学的结论。马克思主义法学又是不断发展的。“依法治国”与“以德治国”的战略思想是马克思主义法学在中国的运用和发展。马克思主义法学必将在我国的法制建设中不断得到完善和发展。

| Abstract: | This essay expounds the most important part of Marxist law--the status and content. Through analyzing its origin, nature and function, the author concludes that Marxist law is really a scientific conclusion. Marxism law is developing with time; the strategic idea "ruling country with law" and "ruling country with virtue" is the application and development of Marxism law in China. Marxism law is to perfect and develop in the construction of law. |
