| 摘 要： | 使用关键行为访谈法(BEI)确立了北京市中小学校长胜任力的模型体系,从胜任力角度,对校长进行了实证研究,探索分析了中小学校长胜任特征的基准模式和卓越模式,并对模型进行了效度分析和验证,为北京市中小学校长的选拔、培养、聘任、绩效评估、胜任标准和任职资格标准的制定,以及中小学校长自身的职业生涯的发展提供实证研究的依据。
