| 摘 要： | 成就人才，既需要聪明的才智或学习能力，更需要正确的学习动机、浓厚的学习兴趣、饱满的学习热情、坚强的学习毅力以及良好的个性品质，其中动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等都是非智力因素的范畴，成才就是一个以智力因素与非智力因素相互影响，又以非智力因素起决定作用的过程。对于大学生而方大学阶段是培养、挖掘非智力因素的重要阶段。
