| 摘 要： | 村民自治推行至今，给我国农村带来了深刻变化和巨大进步，推动了我国的民主化进程。但由于多方面的原因，目前的村民自治在实践过程中出现了一定程度的异化，最终必将严重影响其自治效果的实现。为了使村民自治摆脱异化困扰，可以采取透视步云、雅安现象、加强制度供给、注入经济活力等方法。
