| 摘 要： | 本文在联合国提出的人类发展指数(HDI)概念基础上,导入环境污染指标和能耗指标,提出了一个植入环境敏感性因素的人类可持续发展指数(HSDI)概念。据此,对我国31个省区1995至2003年间的可持续发展状况做了综合测度,对期间的变动趋势进行了深入分析,可为各省区可持续发展导向的政策体系制订提供重要参考。

| Abstract: | A framework of Human Sustainable Development Index(HSDI)is proposed based on the Human Develop- ment Index(HDI)concept,proposed by UN,by incorporating the environmental pollution indicator and the energy con- sume indicator.The index is used to comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development status of thirty-one prov- inces(municipalities and cities)of China from 1995 to 2003.The variation of the HSDI of every province or municipal- ity for each year is further analyzed.The results make a reference for local policy makers. |
