How to develop human resources effectively so that it may promote economy to develop in a sustainable, stable and harmonious way, as is an urgent problem to be solved. We must have an overall plan for the development of human resources, try to promote the overall quality and management standard, and impel human resources to be developed reasonably and assigned effectively. |
