| Abstract: | Labor and social security major in agriculture and forestry universities should be based on the service of agriculture, countryside and farmer, meet the needs of regional economic and social development, and face the rural and urban grass-roots unit （community） training high level comprehensive professional talents with knowledge of human resources and social security, who are proficient in policy, excellent in business and have a mastery of technology. For achieving the goal of training professional feature, it＇ s necessary to build a perfect supporting system with ＂a main line two raises＂ and ＂three major constructions＂ . |
