论无为之旨的实质及意义

摘    要:乱之由即为治之要,关闭乱之门,也便实现了不治之治,这是无为思想的逻辑基础,也是其要义所在。而"上志"为天下纷乱之门,因此,上欲治则须自治其志,因此,老子立"道"以为德旨,提出了"道恒无名,侯王若能守之,万物将自化"的无为主张。守"道恒无名"即守道性本恒的空无状态,"虚其心,实其腹,弱其志,壮其骨",由"有名"而"无名",使内境空无,无分别心(名),无是非观(名),乃至无志(名),纯任百姓自然。"无志"即无为之旨的实质,体现的是"法自然"思想。"名"非"名称"义(否"名称说"),当是事物自命之名——"性","无名"即性之空无。如此,"道恒无名"与人性之情志观念相对立,成为一种超越现实的、形而上的性之空无存在,以其无我身、无我识而能纯任万物自然,成为人德性回归的理想境界。

Abstract:The key element for governing is detecting the causes for chaos. Shutting the door to chaos, the governing without action is realized, which is the basis in the logic of inaction thoughts, as well as its essentials. As the "ltimate desire" is the door to the chaos of the world, and to control the desire requires self-establishment of the will, so Lao Tsu took it as the essence of the moral, advocating inaction: "The Way has no true shape, and therefore none can control it. If a ruler could control the Way, all things would follow." Understanding "The Way has no true shape" is the understanding of void state of morals. " Emptying their minds, filling their bellies,weakening their ambitions, and strengthening their bones", "shape by use" turns into no desire, and inner state becomes void so that there will be no distraction in will( shape), no right and wrong outlook( shape), no ambition( shape) and the subjects will act naturally. "No ambition" is the essence in the inaction, reflecting the thoughts of"abiding by the nature". In the context, "The Way" should be understood as the name of essence in objects, and"no shape" means voice of desire. Although the concept, "The Way has no true shape", is opposite to the concept of man’s natural emotions, it can become a supernatural and metaphysical existence letting all other objects be natural by one’s forgetting his own existence and consciousness, and reaching an ideal state of returning to man’s original moral state.
