胜任力模型在高职课程开发中的应用

摘    要:胜任力模型被广泛应用于企业人力资源管理,其评价体系已成为企业员工或从事该职位的人员所需要具备能力的一种评价指标,高等院校作为培养企业准员工的基地,将胜任力模型引入课程开发,在课程开发的过程中充分考虑能力特征值、胜任力能力评价等要素,实现了工作岗位与校内课程的直接对接,提高学生岗位适应能力,既有利于解决学生的出路,又保证了企业岗位的绩效最优化。

Abstract:Competency model is widely used in corporate human resource management,whose evaluation system has become an evaluation indicator for an employee or officer engaged in the post who needs the ability.However,universities as a base to cultivate prospective employees introduce competency model to curriculum development,fully considering the ability eigenvalues and competency evaluation capacity factor in the curriculum development process,which achieve a direct docking between jobs and school curriculum,and improve students' ability to adapt to the post.As a result,competency model is not only a conducive way to solve the student employment,but also ensures the optimal performance of enterprise job.
