| 摘 要： | 应用发光细菌生物毒性检测技术对农产品的小白菜样品、罗非鱼样品和大米样品进行生物毒性检测,结果表明:样品中毒性物质的浓度与发光细菌的相对发光度呈现较好的负相关性,发光细菌生物毒性检测法可以作为一种快速的毒性筛查技术应用于农产品安全检测。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the test was conducted on toxic effect of samples of cabbages,tilapia and rice.The result has been proved that the relative photobacteria intensity negatively correlated with the toxic material.Photobacteria bio-toxicity is a good method for safety supervision in agricultural products. |
