| 摘 要： | 深入贯彻落实科学发展观,以改革创新精神建设好自治区中小学少数民族“双语”教师培训基地,为自治区基础教育培训合格的“双语”教师,是提高我区少数民族教育教学质量的一项基础性工作。本文就我区“双语”教学、“双语”教师培训管理及基地建设进行了探讨和思考。

| Abstract: | It is a basic work for the enhandement of the quality of ethnic education in Xinjiang to energetically foster a scientific outlook On development and to build the base for training the ethnic bilingual teachers of primary and secondary schools in Xinjiang in a spirit of reform and innovation so as to turn out qualified bilingual teachers for basic education. This paper makes an approach and gives consideration to the administration of bilingual teaching and bilingual teacher training and the construction of the base. |
