| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度是政府为改善农村居民生活条件、增进农村居民福利而实施的一项重要举措，对缩小城乡差距，构建和谐社会具有重要的推动作用。试行多年来，取得了一定的成绩，但在基金的筹集、使用、支付等方面仍然存在一些管理问题。加强新型农村合作医疗基金的管理有助于这一医疗制度的健康有序发展。

| Abstract: | New rural cooperation medical system is one of important measures that government improves the living conditions of rural residents and promotes the welfare of rural residents.It has an important role to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and to build a harmonious society.Tried over the years,and achieved certain results,but the fund raising,use,to pay such areas there are still some management issues.Strengthening the new rural cooperative medical funds management will help the health care system healthy and orderly development. |
