| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比较分析等研究方法，结合目前高校体育教学考核评价中存在的弊端，提出终身体育理念。建立考核评价体系。在考核内容上应以学生终身体育能力为重点，着重考核学生在体育活动中的创新思维和具有一二项健身项目能力与特长的评定。

| Abstract: | By the research methods of literature, comparative analysis, etc., and in the light of the abuse existing in the check on and appraisal of the present physical education teaching in colleges and universities, the author of this paper has put forward the idea of lifelong physical education, and establishment of a check and appraisal system, as well as that the contents of check ought to regard students' lifelong physical education ability as a focal point, stress the check on their thought of blazing new trails, and have the appraisal of students' ability and specialty of one or two fitness events. |
