摘    要:通过对虚拟社区中研究生的调研,对其知识共享行为的影响因素进行探讨。对人大经济论坛这一虚拟社区的高积分研究生用户在线收集的250份有效问卷,运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析的研究方法,构建虚拟社区条件下的研究生知识共享行为结构方程模型。研究结果表明:动机、互惠规范和自我效能这3个因子对共享意愿有显著的正向影响;互惠规范因子对共享行为有显著的正向影响,动机和自我效能因子对共享行为影响不显著;共享意愿对共享行为有显著的正向影响。在文章最后,提出了相应的对策建议和研究局限。

A study of Knowledge Sharing Behaviors of Postgraduates Under Conditions of Virtual Communities

Abstract:The paper analyzed how postgraduates share information in academic virtual community and as a composite higher-order factor predicated knowledge sharing behaviors.The study is based on a sample of 250 high-level postgraduates user from pinggu-BBS.By using the methods of exploratory factor analysis(EFA)as well as confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and building the structural equation model of knowledge sharing behaviors of postgraduates under conditions of academic virtual community.The result showed that motivation,community atmosphere and self-efficacy have a positive and direct influence on sharing willingness; community atmosphere have a positive and direct influence on sharing behaviors while motivation and self-efficacy don't have an obvious influence on sharing behaviors;sharing willingness has a positive and direct influence on sharing behaviors.The last part of the thesis put forward the relative suggestions and limitation of research in improving knowledge sharing willingness and behaviors of postgraduates.
