| 摘 要： | 假动作是篮球运动的一种手段 ,在比赛中合理运用会收到良好的效果 ,因此青少年篮球训练应重视对假动作的培养和训练。采用文献资料法、统计法 ,对假动作的类型和运用进行分析 ,并提出训练应注意的问题 ,旨为青少年篮球训练提供参考。

| Abstract: | Tricky action is one of the methods in basketball,which will result in a good effect if it's used appropriately at the game.Therefore,importance should be attached to the development and practice of tricky action in juvenile basketball training.In this paper,I analyse the type and application of tricky action by adopting literature and statistics,and mention the aspects we should pay attention to.The purpose of this paper is to supply reference for the juvenile basketball training. |
