摘    要:随着互联网的逐步发展和电子商务环境的改善以及电子商务所具备的巨大优势,电子商务正以惊人的速度发展,并逐步渗透到社会生活的各个领域。毫无疑问,电子商务是将来市场营销发展的方向,它的发展为企业带来了新的契机,也向传统营销提出了挑战。本文针对电子商务环境下的消费心理和行为的变化趋势和特征进行分析。企业面对特定心理的网络消费者,必须突破传统经营思维的局限性,改革固有的营销策略、营销方式,构建适合电子商务的全新运作模式。

Abstract:With the development of Interact and improvement of the circumstances of E-commerce, E-commerce is developing more rapidly and gradually penetrated into every comer of social life. E-commerce is the future developing direction of market selling. It brings new chances for industries and at the same time brings new challenges for the traditional selling. This paper analyses the consuming psychology and their behaviors' change tendency and characters under the circumstances of E-commerce. And then explores to break the limitations of traditional selling, reform the existed selling strategies and ways from the consumers' special psychology in order to establish a proper operation system of E-commerce.
