| 摘 要： | 党的十六大全面贯彻了“三个代表”重要思想。十六大报告进一步强调了实施科教兴国战略在现代化建设中的重要地位和作用,提出了新时期教育工作的方针、目标任务和要求,为开创教育工作的新局面指明了方向。我们要认真学习十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想,努力将十六大精神、“三个代表”重要思想和新时期党的教育方针贡彻落实到具体的工作实践中去。

| Abstract: | The essentials of the 16th Party Congress are to carry out the "Three Represent's" theories. The report of the 16th Party Congress makes further emphasis on the position and function of the strategies to vigorously develop China through science and education, setting forth the policies, targets and demands of education in the new period, and the orientation of how we shall bring about a new complexion. We must earnestly study the essentials of the 16th Party Congress and the "Three Represent's" theories, and make a big effort to apply them to concrete daily practices. |
