| 摘 要： | 如何更好开发利用高校体育资源、大力发展高校体育产业已成为体育界一个新的热点。从加强高校游泳馆救生员管理角度出发,结合哈尔滨商业大学游泳馆经营管理模式和经验,重点阐述对救生员的管理和培训等问题以及对高校体育产业的促进作用。
