| Abstract: | The construction of comprehensive discipline environment is the requirement for building and developing a university and a key prerequisite to train high quality professional personnel. After their founding, universities in PLA are all faced with the problem of how to construct the comprehensive environment. Based on the analysis and the understanding of the construction of comprehensive discipline environment both in theory and in practice, this paper studies the setting up and adjustment of schools and departments, the distribution of the degree conferring units and the conditions of cultivating new military talents. Some ways are explored to construct the comprehensive environment. |
