| 摘 要： | 通过对军校体育教员继续教育的现状的调查与分析，找出了影响军校体育教员继续教育效果的若干因素，为探索新形式下军校体育教员继续教育的发展方向，深化军校体育教员继续教育工作，从继续教育内容、形式、师资及激励机制等六个方面提出了相应的对策。
