全日制学前教育专业学位研究生培养模式的构建

摘    要:分析学前教育专业学位研究生的培养现状,正视其存在的问题,对于探索全日制学前教育专业学位研究生培养模式具有现实意义;明确专业学位教育的特性,是构建全日制学前教育专业学位研究生培养模式的逻辑起点;创新学前教育专业学位研究生培养模式,要科学定位培养目标;合理构建课程结构,体现课程应用性;重视实践教学,加强实践能力养成;加强"双导师"的师资队伍建设;建立健全人才培养质量的考核评估机制,这是提高全日制学前教育专业硕士培养质量的关键所在。

Abstract:To analyze the current cultivating situation of preschool education professional degree graduates,and to face the existing problems has realistic significance of the research on the cultivating mode of full-time preschool education professional degree graduates.To clearly define the features of professional degree education is the logical start of construct the cultivating mode of full-time preschool education professional degree graduates.Innovating the cultivating mode of preschool education professional degree graduate should be based on a scientific cultivating aim and reasonable construction of curriculum to embody the applicability of curriculum.Stressing on practical teaching,strengthening the development of practical ability,strengthening the construction of "double-supervisor" system,building up and perfecting quality evaluating system of the training of graduates,these are the key points of improving the quality of full-time preschool education professional degree graduate cultivating.
