| 摘 要： | 伴随党的十七届六中全会的召开,推进社会主义文化建设已成为各级政府迫在眉睫的主题。《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》指出:"社会主义核心价值体系是兴国之魂,是社会主义先进文化的精髓,决定着中国特色社会主义发展方向。"在此影响下,鞍山对于地域特色文化需要进行细致而深入的思考,尤其是对鞍山地域特色文化的核心之一——鞍山文化之魂(鞍钢精神)进行科学的总结和提炼。
