| 摘 要： | 通过现代远程教育为农村培养本土化实用人才，是“一村一名大学生计划”的教学目标。文章以《脐橙栽培技术》课程教学为例，在分析脐橙栽培在当地农村经济中的地位，对人民生活影响的基础上，对本土化实用人才培养中的教和学进行分析研究，探讨学生能力的培养与本土化教学的关联作用，提出本土化人才培养教学模式设计的指导原则乖操怍策略．突出本土化教学的意义与作用。
