| 摘 要： | 以经验分析法对"十五"期间高校技术合同的变化趋势进行评估,研究了其驱动原因,归纳总结高校技术转移中几个常见问题,如知识产权归属、合同签订、职务发明等.以建立有效的管理体系和激励机制为侧重点提出了加强技术转移过程中知识产权管理的几点建议.
