| 摘 要： | 以预测为基础的传统管理思维无法解决不确定情境下的创业决策,无法解释创业者的特殊行为.以Effectuation为代表的创业研究试图探索新的理论架构体系.Effectuation强调,不确定条件下创业者识别多种可能的潜在市场,不在意预测信息,在可承担风险范围内与外部资源持有者保持互动,以建立战略伙伴关系的方式结成利益共同体,整合更多稀缺资源,并充分利用突发事件来创造可能结果.
