| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治工作应充分发挥自身优势,通过对学生创新精神的价值引导、激发创新意识、强化创造感、坚定创新意志,努力培养和造就高素质创新人才。为此,高校思想政治工作必须确立以人为本、注重人文教育和个性教育的思想理念,从更新教育内容、改进教育方法和拓展教育载体等方面来建立高校思想政治工作创新机制。

| Abstract: | University's ideological and political work should give full play to one's own advantage, which is to realize the training of innovative talent with high quality, by the guidance of innovative spirit value to students, the inspiring of innovative consciousness, the strengthening of the innovative sense. Therefore, university's ideological and political work must establish the idea of the base as human and emphasize the thought of humanistic education and personal education, from the aspect of renovating educational content, improving the educational method and exploring educational carrier to set up the innovative mechanism of university's ideology and politics work. |
