| 摘 要： | 目前学术界正在对日本国立大学法人化进行热烈的讨论。在世界高等教育大众化的大潮下,日本政府对国立大学进行了大刀阔斧的改革,显示出巨大的勇气和对教育的高度重视。从“大学自治”和“学术自治”的关系、教育的功利主义和人主义的关系、教育的公平性问题及其改革后权力的关系等几个方面对这一改革进行分析和探讨,可以给我们许多有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Now the academia is on a hot discussion about juridical persons turning of Japanese national high schools. Through the reformation of national high schools, Japanese government shows its huge encouragement and highly payment attention to education. This essay discuss about the relations between" university autonomy "and "academic autonomy" ,the banlance of educational utilitarianism and humanism, the problem of educational equitily and thedistribution of educational authority after the reformation. |
