| 摘 要： | 随着对企业智力资本研究的进一步深化,企业社会资本逐步成为智力资本研究的一个重要范畴。本文在现有文献的基础上,系统分析了关于企业社会资本的内涵、功能,并讨论和区分了企业社会资本与社会结构、企业社会资本与社会负债等容易引起歧义的概念。
