| 摘 要： | 高校档案是国家档案事业的重要组成部分。高校兼职档案员是高校档案队伍中一支不可缺少的有生力量，是做好档案工作的重要保证．这支队伍的素质建设如何，将会直接影响学校档案事业的发展。培养具有高素质的档案管理人员，是高校档案工作的一项艰巨任务。在新形势下．为了适应档案事业发展的需要，切实做好学校档案工作，必须加强档案队伍建设，提高兼职档案员的整体素质。
