| 摘 要： | 在学分制管理体系中，考试是实现“目标管理”、衡量教学质量的核心环节。但由于考试内容死板、方法陈旧，其科学性和有效性已越来越弱化。同时，它带给学生巨大的心理压力。这种压力既催生学习的动力，也滋长着某些不良现象的发生。重视学生的考试心理，改革陈旧的考试方法，建立科学有效的评估体系，是新形势下高校提高教学质量、培养高素质创新人才的重要保证。

| Abstract: | In the manage system for the credit system tests are a nuclear link of realization of objective manage and judgement to teaching and learning qualities. But its science and efficiency have become less and less , since the content of tests is inflexible ,test methods are obsolete. Meanwhile, it brings great psychological pressure to students. This kind of pressure doesn't only prompt students' learning motive power , but also develops some unhealthy tendencies. To attach importance to the testing psychology, to remove obsolete test methods and to set up a scientific and effective evaluate system are an important insurance for colleges & universities to improve teaching and learning qualities and to train qualified new style talents under new circumstances. |
