| 摘 要： | 以工作过程为导向的课程改革已在我校示范专业中全面铺开，作为教学一线的教师在这场改革中将面临角色的重新定位。本文将以酒店专业《餐饮实务实训》课程为例谈谈教师角色的转换，以及角色的转变对教师提出的新要求。

| Abstract: | The course revolution under the work process based principle has been operated in our school＇s demonstrated specialty. As a teacher, we must face the re-orientation. This paper will discuss on the transformation of the role of teacher in this course revolution and course design, take the course of food and beverage operation for example. And this paper also raise new claim for teacher. |
