| 摘 要： | 钻孔灌注桩基础作为深基础的一种，具有适应性强、对邻近建筑物影响较小、抗震性能强、施工噪音小、无振动、所需设备简单、操作方便、施工安全等优点。本文笔者从影响钻孔灌注桩承载性能的各种关键的施工因素出发，结合实际工程对钻孔灌注的施工工艺进行研究，提出了施工控制质量体系，并针对桩基的施工分析原因，给出了相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | As a kind of deep foundation, bored piles have been used and developed widely in the world, because of strong applicability, small influence for contiguous structure, strong astigmatic capability, litde construction noise, no vibration, simple facility, convenient manipulation and construction safety etc. This paper investigates deeply the key construction factors which affect the load-bearing capacity of bored piles. Construction technics of bored piles is investigated based on practical projects system is put forward. In view of the quality accident reason of piles construction, some measures are also put forward. |
