| 摘 要： | 综述国内外远程体育博彩的发展状况,如在线博彩、网络代购等;阐明国内外远程体育博彩的治理情况,在此基础上论述加强治理的必要性,即维护正常的经济与社会秩序,促进合法博彩业及体育事业的发展,树立政府公信力.提出治理的途径:加强远程博彩立法,强化博彩市场管理,改革博彩市场监管体制,建立牌照管理制度.
