| 摘 要： | 组建课程教学团队是提高开放教育人才培养质量和提升电大的核心竞争力的重要途径。以团队首席主持人为核心,以现代信息技术平台为基础,以精品课程、课程群、特色专业的建设为载体,构建彰显电大系统办学特色的课程教学团队是开放大学建设的时代要求。
