| 摘 要： | 对残疾人联合会(残联)与残疾人社会组织的关系重新定位,将为残联的社会管理创新提供契机,也将为社会组织的发展开拓更大的社会空间。在新时期,残联将社会组织当作合作伙伴,为后者的发展提供资金、人才、资源等方面的支持和帮助,是残联社会管理创新的出发点和增长点。

| Abstract: | If the relationship between Disabled Persons’ Federation(DPF) and Social Organizations of the Disabled can be repositioned,it will provide an opportunity to social management innovation of DPF and expand more space for the development of social organizations.In the new era,the DPF can take social organizations as partner and provide support and help for the latter’s development such as funds,personnel,resources and so on,which will become new starting point and growth pole of DPF’s social management innovation. |
