| 摘 要： | 裁判员是篮球运动的重要组成部分,是篮球比赛的法官。他的判罚水平的高低,直接影响着运动员技能水平的发挥和提高,直接影响着篮球比赛的效果。他的职责是为双方球队提供一个公平、有序的比赛环境,并在规则尺度下,最大限度地保持比赛的连续性和流畅性,从而做到既展现运动员高超的技战术水平,又体现篮球运动的规则及该项运动的灵魂。为达到这一目的,篮球裁判员应该具备什么样的能力和如何具备这样的能力,针对此问题进行深入地探讨与研究。

| Abstract: | Referee is important component of basketball.He is the judge in the basketball game.His penalty level can directly influence exertion of the player's skill and the result of basketball game.His duty is to offer a fair,orderly match environment to both sides,and in the regular yardstick keep the continuity and smooth in the maximum extent.This will reflect not only player's super skill and tactics but also the rule and soul of basketball.To achieve this purpose,this text talks about what kind of ability basketball referee should possess and how to possess such ability. |
