| 摘 要： | 针对我国"虚高"的专利数据和目前专利现状分析的局限性,论述专利法律状态在专利现状分析中的重要性,设计并实现基于国家知识产权局网站的专利信息采集系统。系统通过网页信息抽取技术获取有用信息,建立了包括法律状态在内的本地专利信息数据库,并以高校有效发明专利为例进行实证研究。结果表明:专利法律状态在反映专利质量方面更有说服力,是对有效专利数量指标的良好补充,能使专利现状分析更为精确、客观和全面。

| Abstract: | Considering the inflated patent data and the limitation of existing patent condition analysis in China, the text discusses the importance of legal status in analysis of patent existing condition, and designs a patent information collection system based on the State Intellectual Property Office website. Using the technology of website content extraction, the system obtains useful information and builds a local patent information database, including legal status information, and makes empirical researches on college effective utility patents. The result shows that: legal status is a persuasive index in presenting patent quality, a good supplement to effective patent quantity indicator, and makes patent condition analysis more precise, objective and comprehensive. |
