摘    要:德国独特的历史背景与社会传统,形成了德国企业在职业教育体系中的主体地位,加上政府的重视与协调、企业有利可图,德国企业与学校自然而然地走向合作.借鉴其经验,我国政府要重视校企合作,加强立法,使约束与激励相结合;学校要主动配合,保障企业利益;社会应加强宣传,更新企业观念.

Abstract:The unique historical background and social tradition contribute to the subjective status of enterprise in vocational education system in Germany.Furthermore,the goverment emphasize and harmorize the cooperation,and the enterprise can benefit from the cooperation,which make the coperation between school and enterprise naturally and closely.Referring its experiences,China government should pay attention to the cooperation between school and enterprise,strengthen relative legislation,and combine restriction with inspiration;school should cooperate initiatively with enterprise and try to guarantee the benefit of enterprise;society should strengthen popularization and update the view of enterprise.
