| 摘 要： | 新建本科院校在实现本科化外延发展目标后，面临着本科办学时间短、教学基本建设起步晚等现状，迫切需要以本科教学水平评估工作为契机，在日常教学管理工作与迎评工作间建立内在的、深层次的联系以形成长效机制。处于评估后时期的新建院校，更应总结评估工作中的各种不足与问题，结合评估后时期教学管理工作的特征，进一步深化教育教学建设与改革，促进自身的良好发展，真正达到“以评促建”的目的。

| Abstract: | After achieving the goal of the undergraduate external development,new university facing the situation of short running time and the late starting of teaching building,so they need the opportunity of assessment of the educational level to improve the teaching management.After the period of the assessment of educational level,new university must summary the deficiencies and problems,and the features of the work of teaching management,then deepening education teaching construction and reform. |
