| 摘 要： | 在科技期刊编辑工作中常遇到越来越多的作者要求更换署名单位的问题.从著作权法角度来分析作者更换单位的合法性,并说明索取单位介绍信的必要性,从编辑角度探讨编辑部应该怎样处理这类问题.

| Abstract: | More and more authors request to change the affiliations nowadays. This paper analyses the legality of this phenomenon under the view of copyright,and points out the necessity of recommendation letters,then gives some methods to deal with this problem. |
