摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)法,以钛酸丁酯为起始原料制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶;研究了水分含量、分散剂种类和煅烧温度等因素对溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)制备钛基二氧化钛电极催化活性的影响,运用扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安曲线(CV)表征了所制得纳米TiO2电极的形貌及电催化活性。

Abstract:The nanoscale titanium dioxide sol is prepared by sol-gel method in this paper.Using titanium butoxide as precursors,the solution of nano-TiO2 were prepared successfully.By studying several important factors,such as the concentration of water and the kind of dispersant and calcination temperature,high electrocatalysis activity of nanometer TiO2 film electrodes were get and by SEM,cyclic voltammetry(CV) curves characterize the morphology and catalytic activity of the prepared nano-TiO2 electrodes.
