| Abstract: | Strengthening the ideological and moral construction of young teachers in the higher vocational colleges is a strong guarantee to promote the healthy development of students and realize the equity of education.The article first analyzes the ideological and moral situation of young teachers in vocational colleges,then explores the reasons for lack of ideological and moral vacuum,and finally gives relational countermeasures on how to strengthen ideological and moral construction. |
