| 摘 要： | 教育发展的关键取决于教师发展,教师专业化的教育是提高教师素质、改善教育质量的重要途径。我省建设国际旅游岛的新形势对基础教育部门、教师个人都提出了新要求。中小学教师写作素质的培养是教师教育一个重要组成部分。要明确教师写作素质培养的意义,拓宽教师写作素质培养途径。

| Abstract: | The education development greatly lies in the improvement of teacher＇ s quality and profes- sional education condition. New tasks have been assigned to both individual teachers and basic education ad- ministration during the construction of the International Tourist Island of Hainan. The cultivation of writing proficiency is an important part of teacher education. This urges us to make it clear the significance of cultiva- ting the writing proficiency of primary and secondary school teachers and broadening corresponding approa- ches. |
