非星级饭店的营销策略浅析

摘    要:近年来我国的非星级饭店得到了蓬勃的发展,但是由于非星级饭店自身经营上的一些特性,加之在经营中存在的诸多不足,其应有的市场作用未得到充分发挥。本文拟从“非星级饭店的概况”,“非星级饭店的市场营销依据”和“如何开展非星级饭店的市场营策略”三个方面开展讨论,以期对增强非星级饭店的竞争势力有所裨益。

Abstract:Non-certified hotels for tourists in China form a considerable part of the total number,however,they haven't completely fullfilled their potential,because of their inadequate running.The problem is due to,in the author's opinion,the lack of ambition and strategy to rank themselves in the market,as well as the lack of fitful strategies for marketing(including the strategy for product,the strategy for price,the strategy for place and the strategy for promotion).The paper deals with the problem in the three aspects: "the general situation of the Non-certified hotels","the character of the Non-certified hotels",and "the way of marketing for Non-certified hotels".
