| 摘 要： | 在2008年欧洲金融危机爆发之后,关于危机发生原因的论调众说纷纭,但总结起来共同的一点是,被认为是美国次贷危机所产生的附属品.在2009年欧洲金融危机逐渐转换为主权债务危机之后,主流分析一致聚焦到主权危机,却忽略了总括08年金融危机的事后研究①.本文试图通过回顾过去10年欧洲房地产市场的发展,找出导致欧洲金融危机的深层原因,即欧洲房地产泡沫的破裂才是引发欧洲金融危机的真正原因.最后通过分析金融组织和当局的政策规定和改革措施,对金融危机的防范提出了自己的建议.
